I think one of the ISPs (or their employees) I use intercept the email I send. For many of the emails, I get a reply in broken English, which is obviously not from the intended recipient.
Trying to figure out , who is behind this mischief.

Many ISPs seem to be intercepting the emails of their users, some times they say it is for security purpose, but often it is by business rivals.

1. Security : Emails can be intercepted at any point during the transmission of the message from the sender to the recipient.
2. Reliability : Though most emails are delivered to the recipient, some may not reach the recipient due to problems with the senders or recipient’s servers.
3. Spam filters : Most spam filters use algorithms, which may incorrectly mark a valid email as spam, and the recipient may not receive it.
4. Graphics and large files : Email is suitable for transmitting small messages and documents. For large files like images and drawings, the recipient may find it difficult to download the message, especially if the internet connection is slow.

Email is the most widely used internet application and is a very convenient method of communication. Though widely used for personal communication, email is most effective for business communication.
Some of the advantages of using email for business communication are:
1. Cheap : the cost of sending an email is almost zero
2. Fast : Unless there is a problem in routing or email servers, email messages are delivered almost instantaneously
3. Ecofriendly : Since emails are composed and transmitted electronic, no paper is needed and energy resources consumed are minimal
4. Easy to keep and retrieve records : For most business communication, both the sender and the recipient has to maintain records. Filing and retrieving paper records can be a time consuming process, searching for emails is usually simple.
